Barrister Opeyemi Tijani (BOT), a distinguished son of Ibarapa, a stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, and House of Representatives aspirant for Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency, has extended his warmest congratulations to the former Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) in Oyo State, Hon.
