Barrister Opeyemi Tijani (BOT), a distinguished Ibarapa-born stalwart of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State and House of Representatives aspirant for Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency, has extended warm and heartfelt felicitations to a revered party leader, Pa Chief Timothy Alarape Jolaoso, on the occasion of his 91st birthday anniversary.
